OMG I love The Click Five!!!! They Rock my Stinky Socks!!!

Going to gigs and concerts alone is my forte. I dig playing the role of the nerdy girl who stands at the corner and listens to the music all by herself..

Yes. I went to MOS for the showcase. Alone. I got into the autograph session. Alone.
Ok, don't mean to sound pathetic alright...but technically i wasn't alone. Some kinds souls will take pity on me and let me tag along with them. God bless them kids.

This is going to be a pretty long post cuz i have to unfortunately blog every detail. No thanks to the absence of pictures and sounds. First, the camera is away on holiday with my brother. Secondly, my phone simply sucks. Thirdly, even if i have a camera, i wouldn't do any recording cuz i'm too shy. Like it or not, this has got to be a long post with or without the camera. Go get a coffee or something.

Well i bet the story of how i became a click five fan is pretty much known to all by now. It's ironic how i would say that i would never like them..but just like their songs...and now i'm a full-fledged click five fan. Not ashamed to admit it. Call me lame for my taste in music or bands, but whatever it is I am still a pop princess at heart. Not a rock or an indie chick. Not a punk rocker. But in reality, i am actually a mix of everything.

Digressing...

Moving on, the reason why i got invited to the showcase was because i was one of the first 200 to register for the autograph session. Lucky me.

There was a bit of a mix up when i first reached. But it got sorted out and i managed to get in line with two very nice, very young girls. Interestingly i got well-acquainted with them considering i'm the shy type...haha.. It was expected that the place would be crowded the moment we got in. But i think we got the best place of all even though we were at the side with a partially blocked view. Why? Cuz where we were standing is where they came in. If my estimation is right, the guys were three steps away from us. Thank god, i got a clear view of Kyle and Ethan on stage cuz they were on the side where we were. Lucky me again! Those two boys kept playing at our direction as if they read my mind. Lucky me again and again!

After some head banging and booty shaking ( a little less extreme), we headed to Kandi Bar for the autograph session. Butterflies filled my stomach i could crap in my pants any moment. The lines were long which worried me for a moment. But it went fast. The more faster the butterflies in my stomach flew. Getting nearer and nearer....

When i got to them, i grinned from ear to ear like a small child receiving a huge lollipop. In my case, it was some candy for the eye. By some miraculous work of God, my hands did not sweat. So i didn't feel embarrassed at all when i get to shake hands with them. Just a little shy. So first up was Kyle, i was too shy i didn't dare to look at his face. All i could muster was a weak smile, Said hi, thank you and moved on to Joey who looks real good in person. He was nice, asked how i was. SHAKED my hand. Said i'm doing good, thank you and next was Joe. Real shy but cute. Said hi, thank you and walked over to Ben. He held out his hand. I SHAKED it, said hi, thank you and last but not least.....ETHAN!!! took a quick glance (again too shy to look in his eyes), said hi, thank you and floated my way out of the place. My limited vocab made me feel like an idiot.

Thank you guys for an unforgettable night. Euphoria. That ought to sum it all up.

The two girls i was with was too cute. Thankfully i was not stuck with the squeaky screaming, crazy, fanatic type. All in all, they were friendly. They put up a great...wait no..an awesome show. Oh and one more thing. They were filming the video for the new single at the same time. TOO COOL! So after the showcase ended, they came back on stage to sing the new single so that it could be taped. I feel so glamorous all of a sudden. Guys check me out on the new vid ok. I am the new JENNY! I wish!

And i was so envious of this one guy. He won an autographed acoustic guitar. All he had to do was make a guitar sound. I want that guitar. I want I want I want!

But i'll make do with an autographed cd.

Even i'm tired of typing. Let's just stop here. But before that....
